At The Goodwood Shop, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
